As a way to salute our troops and say thank you for your service and for defending our freedom, we offer active military and veterans a $25 discount on site rent for one year. It's our way to acknowledge all you've done for us. Please ask your Community Manager for details.

*The following restrictions apply: New residents only. Offer is valid only for residents purchasing a home owned by Garber Communities. At least one leaseholder must be an active-duty or inactive-duty member of the United States military or a veteran of the United States Armed Forces and must provide management with written proof of current or past military service, as applicable. Residents must pay the first month of lot rent in full at move-in; the discount will take effect following the first month. Eligible applicants will receive a $25.00 discount off the monthly lot rental rate for twelve months on the condition that all rental charges are paid in full when due each month. If management issues a Notice to Vacate for nonpayment of rent, the discount will be automatically rescinded effective immediately upon issuance of the Notice to Vacate. Occupants are not eligible for this discount, as it applies to leaseholders only. **Offer and terms are subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of Garber Communities.
