These new homes are coming to A Better Place in 2022

A Better Place, one of Garber Communities' most popular Parks, and one of the best family communities in Florida, has undergone a major expansion to allow more people to call this charming community home. Located just minutes from historic downtown DeLand, this Park offers picnic areas, a screened-in swimming pool, a billiards room, fitness center and many more resort-style amenities.

The Florida Cherry
The Florida Cherry offers just over 1,100 square feet of upgraded living space. This model features three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an open floor plan, carport, front porch and shed. The Florida Cherry Model offers the best of the best upgrades for luxury living in DeLand.
The Cypress
The Cypress model is the perfect small family home. This model also offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but with slightly more space than the Florida Cherry with over 1,200 square feet of luxurious living space. The Cypress model also features an open floor plan, front porch, carport and shed, so you have great entertaining space as well as ample storage.
The Royal Poinciana
For the families that need a little bit more elbow room, there is the Royal Poinciana model. This model also features the same amount of bedrooms and bathrooms as the other models, but with more square footage coming in at around 1,400 square feet. The Royal Poinciana model also features a front porch, carport and shed, as well as a spectacular open floor plan for entertaining.
The Royal Palm
Our largest new model at A Better Place is the Royal Palm, coming in at just under 1,500 square feet of living space. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features an open floor plan, front porch, carport and shed, with top-of-the-line upgrades.
